Note: Since, the product is completely hand-crafted. As a result, the product will have minor inconsistencies or unevenness in it. But this will not be prominently seen.

Return, Exchange or Damage on Arrival Policy:

1. Products or parts of products can only be returned if that concerned part or product is damaged on arrival.
2. A video proof of unpacking the product is mandatory to show the damage on arrival to claim damages. No images will be accepted.
3. Replacement or exchange or return requests will only be accepted within 6 hours of delivery. (Photos/Images not accepted)
4. A spare part will be sent as replacement for the damaged part (if any).
5. On damage or breakage of a major part of the product, replacement of the product will be provided.
